At The Found, we believe serving is part of who we are as followers of Jesus; it's how help people to know Jesus, find community and discover purpose growing together. God has given each of us different strengths and spiritual gifts and together we reflect His heart.

Still Figuring It Out: I know I’m made for something, I’m just not quite sure where I fit yet. I’m curious and open to learn.
The Behind-the-Scenes: Organised and helpful, eye for detail. I love seeing people cared for and everything running smoothly. I know that my gifts are Service, Administration, Helps, Giving.
The Creative: I connect with God and love seeing other connect with Him through music, art, design, writing, or creating.
The Strategic: I love solving problems, systems or helping make things better. I’d say my gifting is in Leadership, Wisdom, Apostle, Administration.
The Generous One: I love giving—whether it’s finances, resources or opportunities or time. Giving, Wisdom, Leadership, Discernment - generosity that’s thoughtful, intentional, and kingdom-minded.
The Connector: I love people. I’m all about making others feel seen, known and welcome. Conversations, coffee catch-ups and friendly chats are kind of my thing. My strengths probably sit in Hospitality, Pastoring, Mercy, Evangelism.
The Refiner: I care deeply about people growing in their faith and walking in truth. My gifts could be Prophecy, Discernment, Wisdom, Pastoring.
The Communicator: I’m passionate about sharing Biblical truth, whether it’s from a stage, in a conversation, or through writing. I reckon I lean into Teaching, Prophecy, Encouragement.
